USXL Driver Document and SMS Privacy Policy

USXL collects information that drivers provide through our document-submission service, including driver name, cell number, USXL load number, document images, checklist responses, submission time, and related technical records.

We use this information to process loading and delivery paperwork, support billing and dispatch operations, identify documents that need to be rescanned, send requested transactional document-rescan notifications, maintain records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We may provide information to service providers that help operate this service, including website hosting, document storage, email delivery, and text-message delivery providers. These providers may use the information only to perform services for USXL. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, or in connection with a business transaction.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

USXL uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect collected information. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for business, billing, safety, and legal purposes.

Participation in USXL text notifications is optional. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact USXL using the information below. Opting out of texts does not prevent you from submitting documents.
